I didn't even take the black caps because I was like freaking out on the red caps yesterday. I guess I'll switch to 1 a day and see how that goes.

BF% seems off. It doesn't make any sense if your BF increases and you lose weight unless you lose strictly lbm, lol

I've been following your log as i'm getting my REDuction today and my body generally doesn't like stims (seems kinda like yours where it goes overboard). I hope things straighten out. I don't want to know I wasted $25 or whatever it was for a product that makes me feel like crap...

Yeah I am very sensitive to stimulants and I was hoping I wouldn't feel too bad on this since it doesn't have yohimbine in it. I feel light headed when I stand up sometimes too. I think I'll go get my blood pressure checked later today just to see if something weird is going on. Has anyone else had similar side effects?

Let us know what your BP is. My BP sometimes gets rediculously low. It hasn't been at any high levels for an extended period of time (as far as I know) since I started working out in Aug 2005.

How do you like the PM pills overall though? I figure worst comes to worst, the PM pills will be good.

Weird thing is, up till February 2006, I used to be able to take 600 mg of caffeine and go to bed an hour later. Now, if I take 200 mg of caffeine I actually feel it and 600 mg I would probably panic. It's so weird... I attribute it to one day that I took Ergopharm AMP in February 2006 and got REALLY REALLY sick. After that, I was unable to take Ergopharm AMP or any Stimulant X again (both have geranium which I think screwed me somewhere). And after that, all stimulants have really affected me.

I also purchased some white flood... blah, I hope I didn't make the wrong decision here.

BP was 108/68 so I guess it's fine. I tested it on one of those machines at the grocery store. Something is just making my heart beat hard. I used to take an ECA stack back when it was legal and didn't have problems with it. I've also felt a lot of aggression and energy while on this product. Little things will piss me off. For example my ipod fell out of my pocket at the gym and I felt like I was going to kill someone. Fortunately I was at the gym so I took my aggression out on the weights. I used to drink a lot of energy drinks like NOS and the big ones have over 350mg of caffeine. At first I couldn't drink more than half at a time but before long I could drink the whole thing without feeling too much effect. The PM pills also make my heart beat hard so I'm thinking it's an ingredient that's in both pills that is causing this? I wouldn't take the white flood while on this. It's got extra caffeine and GABA which is already in the REDuction. Trust me you'll have plenty of energy at the gym on this without the white flood.

Good idea. I was thinking the same. I'll save White Flood for after my REDuction Log or if the stim effect isn't too bad.

Glad to see your BP is okay. Odd about the ingredient, have you contacted CL?

Hmm, have you researched the ingrediants? Think it could be the cayenne?

Actually, 2 minutes of research via google about Thiamine. Thiamine may be the reason for the heart beat.

Good luck but in the future I would suggest cycling off stims and not take them back to back.

I took 3-4 days off before starting but maybe that wasn't enough.

Taking a month off of stims is probably the better idea.

I'm sensitive to stims too but I didn't have the same effects your having. Are you eating enough? Maybe you should go to the doctor and get things checked. There could be something else going on.

I know that if I go to the doctor they're just going to say something like oh you shouldn't be taking that because it's bad for you. The last time I went to the doctor they told me not even to take creatine. I eat 3 meals a day with a shake in between.

This is all about personal opinion really at the moment, but generally, it's better to take stims for a month, cycle off for 2-4 weeks, and then start again.

BTW, I took 2 AM pills about 2 hours ago before my cardio. I was sweating before I even got to the gym, lol. I didn't get jitters... in fact, I didn't feel much. I guess that's a good thing! I don't mind not feeling the stim (I don't prefer stims anyhow), I just want it to assist me in the burning fat and suppress my appetite.

Yeah it's a major appetite suppressant for me. I never have cravings for anything.

I just really wanted to cut as much bodyfat as possible in 2 months and then concentrate on bulking more. I don't really get jitters or anything. Sometimes I get these waves of heat where I start sweating a little bit. It's almost like getting goosebumps.
