I weigh 165 pounds. I know the whole 1.25-1.50 grams of protein per pd of body weight thing, but I am wondering how many scoops of protein you use per day (assuming each scoop is 22-25 g).
I currently hit the scoop 5 to 6 time throughout the day. You?

I do 3 or so. 5 seems excessive over real food, trade out 2 of those for a can of tuna.Buck Fifty or Bust!
