since u drink a lot of water, do you urinate more often or does the water stay in your body?

When you begin to urinate too frequently it can be a sign of low electrolytes, so you should consume some sodium + potassium (found in gatorade, powerade, etc) on a daily basis.
Also if you drink too much water too quickly your body decides that your stomach it too full and doesn't need all the water thats inside it so it decides to empty it.
If you dont a)take in a healthly amount of electrolytes or do b)consume too much water too quickly you can eventually dehydrate yourself and your efforts to rehydrate yourself do squat. Apparently there have been extreme situations where athletes who have just completed events, are dehydrated and through a +/ b continue to dehydrate themselves further and actually die or become quite ill.

Newbie to creatine
I am skinny and started taking creatine monohydrate from past 7 days. i take 2.5gm pre and 2.5 gm post workout ..is it correct way ? and i drink approx 3 to 3.5 ltr water and i pee continuously. will i still get the result ? One of my frnd told me if u pee all the creatine is lost ...help me out guys ...
