    Question Sticking point when elbows make a right angle on bench.

    No matter how wide I make my grip, my bench always sticks at 90 degress. What does this mean as in what muscle group is weak?

    i would like to hear some opinions on this as this is exactly where i stick aswell.

    I think it is because i don't flair my elbows at lockout and try to go through the whole press movement with them tucked.

    I need to practice benching like this

    If advice from someone with a crappy bench helps, speed work should help that a lot.
