NOTES FROM TODAY
So I moved things around a little which I think helped. Doing the log fresh felt better and then dropping the weight down for the jerk made it seem that much easier.
I`m hoping there`s no technical reason for the order of exercises but I was pretty fatigued when I got to the log last week.

Last set was a bit wobbly.
