RPE x less than a billion this week so that`s nice.

Based on how 145kg moved I think 150kg+ was there today but without spotter bars and a decent spotter (the guy that spotted me looked nervous as hell) I was happy to take the 145kg.

Couldn`t get near an adjustable bench. The inc bb bench has fixed supports which are too narrow to db press.

Did an extra set to try and drill the jerk. 80kg seems to be the trigger point when my jerk goes to **** so didn`t up the weight this week. Seemed a bit better.
