Much better today. Shoulder still feels like it`s tweaked which preys on your mind when lifting but there`s no real pain as such. Haven`t done pull ups in about 3 years. All done in around 75 minutes.

NOTES FROM TODAY
Shoulder still feels like it`s tweaked which preys on your mind when lifting but there`s no real pain as such. Deadlifts felt fine. All done in around 90 minutes. Up at 430am tomorrow for the plane to Birmingham so training tomorrow will be fun.

NOTES FROM TODAY
Shoulder still feels like it`s tweaked which preys on your mind when lifting but there`s no real pain as such. After a 4am start to get the red eye, I can`t complain about this. Overall a good first week. Enjoying the sessions and time wise they are about right. Squats are feeling good. Form was way off but the weight felt comfortable. There`s more weight to be added in the assistance work though.
