Well after a disastorous yoke session yesterday that ended in a massive exertion headache (no surprise, almost a week of drinking and eating crap + no hydration!) decided to keep things light this week.
Did some shoulder work today. DB Press, Log, front raise, side raise face pulls, tricep band pulldown.
Will be getting some cardio in tomorrow in the form of cycling and swimming and I`ll be designing a programme for the next 12 weeks until I head to Spain for a week."The hardest part in lifting, is NOT to lift..." - Me

Goals for the next 12 weeks are to lose fat and maintain/gain strength. Going to back my squat right down and work on 5x5 with an additional session on back day or other. I think I need to be squatting more. Will continue with the log progression to try and hit 100kg.
Will be tidying the diet up and cutting down majorly on the drinking which will hopefully aid the fat loss."The hardest part in lifting, is NOT to lift..." - Me

Tabata 2
6 rounds. 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest.
This kicked my arse. Definitely going to do more sandbag work this coming year. Had them for ages and barely used them. More sandbags. More stones.Last edited by markyg; 01-16-2016 at 09:43 AM.

Did some cardio last night. 5k on the treadmill with a mixture of incline walking and slow jogging. Really just to work on my overall fitness.
