    Is there anyway you can get big without getting fat by just staying home?

    I can't make it to the gym for three months. is there anything i can do to stop myself getting fat while i eat?

    Get a set of weights if you can. If not i guess pushups, crunches, pull/chinups and bodyweight squats are your friends.

    tons of pushups, tons of different ab stuff and crunches, body weight squats and lunges.whatever exercise u can do, do it and try to eat healthy.

    Ya was thinking of a home gym but probably by the time i have saved up the money il be able to drive to the gym by then.

    Anyway thanks for the answers guys, il see what i can do il probably end up buying a pullup/dip bar for now and will maybe buy a weighted vest just to make it a bit more intense.

    weight bench + weights is like 300-500 u can make that in 2-3 weeks of working at mcD's....... thats alot different then waiting 3 months no workout...
