is 7-keto bad for thyroid gland?

Can this over activate your thyroid gland somehow?I have been using 7-keto on and off for a few days now,i have found it to be very helpful in burning fat and increasing my metabolism, but i've noticed that I am getting tired much more quickly during my cardio routine(running) than I normally do.

NOrmally I'd run about 4 to 5 miles ,but nowadays i am running out of breath after just a couple of miles.I start to huff and puff much more quickly with 7-keto in my system?whats going on?

First, wrong section. Second, a few days of it won't result in jack.

Lowered levels of cortisol seems probable, assuming 7-keto actually does so. Cortisol is lipolytic and serves to mobilize fatty acids during exercise.

I believe 7-keto upregulates thermogenic enzymes in the liver (in the same manner as thyroid hormone), without actually influencing the thyroid.

If the thermogenic effect is burning through your glycogen/IMTs or creating a net caloric deficit, that could also lower your endurance potential.

^it overheats my body and overstresses my heart thats why my endurance has gone down.having said that i think its a pretty good supplement as i don't need to excercise that much or eat less to control weight gain.i just don't like being outrun on the track which is whats happened in the last couple of days.lol
