For Breakfast this morning I tried egg beaters southwestern and made an omelet. It was really good! next time though I'll cut up my own tomatoes, peppers and onions to saute and add to it and it will be really yummy! also may add one whole regular egg too.

Lunch today, my first attempt at Sesame seed encrusted Seared tuna.
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
1/2 cup sesame seeds
wasabi paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, mirin, honey and sesame oil. Divide into two equal parts. Stir the rice vinegar into one part and set aside as a dipping sauce.
Spread the sesame seeds out on a plate. Coat the tuna steaks with the remaining soy sauce mixture, then press into the sesame seeds to coat.
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Place steaks in the pan, and sear for about 30 seconds on each side. Serve with the dipping sauce and wasabi paste.Just stay motivated man, you've got a whole team here rooting for you!- Tikibeast

I really want to find that protien pancake recipe I saw here. Anyway, I think I have perfected my omlette. I used Egg Beaters Southwest and added 1 whole regular egg to it. I sauted with Pam: onion, green pepper, and tomatoes.... and Wha-la!
Hope you all have a great day!Just stay motivated man, you've got a whole team here rooting for you!- Tikibeast

hi~
A Really good and simple protein pancake recipe is:
1 scoop protein powder (I love lean dessert cinnamon roll)
1/2 - 3/4 cup egg beaters
1 tsp baking powder
mix REALLY WELL
cook just like a pancake and top with warmed berries or sugar free syrup!
to add carbs, just add 1/2 cup oats (ground or whole) to the mix.
Enjoy!!!

the pumpkin ones,
1 lg can pumpkin, w a bit of stevia, 1/4 cup egg whites, a bit of vanilla and cinamon. baked in over at 350 for about 35 minutes.. freaking great.
the apple pie was
some non sweetened apple sauce, rolled oats, a pinch of brown sugar and cinamon.

the pumpkin was amazing.. i love it so so so much.
