Review
-long days, lots of work, little rest = lackluster workouts
-struggling to find the energy, legs were really tired from hiking up and down mountains so deads were weak
-backing down the volume on some things a little bit till i can get used to this schedule
-will try to get to your journals asap, have a meeting right now though...Best Raw USAPL Competition Lifts

thanks man. this is a whole different type of work. out in the sun for 8+ hours a day. then coming back and doing projects for another few hours.
it pretty much completely sucks
thx man. im really pressed for time right now so i wont be able to spend alot of time checking out your journal, but i will as soon as i get a chance
as far as the deads go. i wasnt happy today, i felt weak on them and the numbers werent what i want. i should be able to hit more than 3 on those
lol, thx brosef
sick picture man, where the hell have you been? btw, fishing ftw!
pretty much never. its work all day all the time. these projects are huge and take forever. i am in the sun all day, hiking up and down mountains and taking measurements everywhere.
then i come home and do more work on other assignments that are due. tonight i worked on an assignment for 2 and a half hours after a meeting. this was the third day of the camp.
thx amj. liking that quote you have in your sig too. appreciate the kind words and sorry im not around more to check in with what all of you are up to....Best Raw USAPL Competition Lifts
