    Hey, if it was easy everyone would be doing it. Major kudos for putting yourself out there like that. Thanks for giving me inspiration. And your gym has a donkey machine! I'm jealous. I've not been able to use one of those in a long time. That's one of my favs.

    Please keep us informed how it's going for you.

    As I am working my chest a lot, about 40 sets, and my back too the same, and both of these muscles exercices already work you biceps and triceps, so normally I was working my arms only a few months before a competition.

    Thank you so much for those jewels of wisdom. Diet is so key and I find it to be more difficult to master than going to the gym. I don't eat a whole lot, just need to eat the right foods to help me make progress. Getting enough rest is also something that I must really work on. Thanks again. ;o)

    Thank you too. Reading everything Serge has graciously shared on this forum for the past few years has definately increased my knowledge and motivation to succeed. Thanks for the support!

    Serge, I know your training methods are excellent for both men and women, what is a good exercise for a woman to do to build the hip muscles? I want more curves and shape in my hips, not straight hips like a guy. What would you suggest? I may have pretty decent curves already...once I burn this fat from my body, I think my natural shape will be more visible.

    DARK MUSINGS:
    Thank you for the kudos. Yes, I LOVE the donkey machine also, much more than the seated calf raise machine. I've gotta really get my calves growing. SERGE told me a while back to work on the inside calf muscles. I had great gains there and then lost them. Gotta keep my mental game tight. That's where the work really begins...in the mind. I'll keep you posted on my progress, ;o)

    He Serge how is it going Sir you are a great inspiration to me. I was wondering is it possible to gain muscle while in a calorie deficit?

    Also I was wondering if I am overtraining It doesn't seem like it cause I don't have symptoms that I am overtraining, here are my sets for each muscle

    Chest = 15 sets
    Back = 15 sets
    Shoulders = 12 sets
    Biceps = 12 sets
    Triceps = 12 sets
    Forearms = 6 sets
    Quads,hamstrings = 15 sets
    Calves = 12
    Traps = 6 sets

    Do you have any recommendations for the amount of sets that I do any changes that would be beneficial?

    Chest = 15 sets
    Back = 15 sets
    Shoulders = 12 sets
    Biceps = 12 sets
    Triceps = 12 sets
    Forearms = 6 sets

    Calves = 12
    Traps = 6 sets

    Do you have any recommendations for the amount of sets that I do any changes that would be beneficial?
    Try my traing program and then you will start really to train. How you think that you are overtraining with that program?...

    If you do my training program, you don't need to do cardio. Fat loss depends of what you are eating.

    Hi Serge thank you for answering my question. I was just asking for input it doesn't seem like I am overtraining i've been doing this for 1 month now and do not have fatigue, im not losing size, and my pulse in the morning is not elevated so that would lead me to believe that I am not overtraining correct?

    Thanks again Serge you a great person in doing this. I am eating clean about 45 grams of fat per day most of it comes in my pre-workout shake by the flax oil which has alot of fat but its healthy fats. But back to the program Serge where can I locate it or do we go to your site and buy this program? I am curious though in the program you said no cardio, is this because of the short intervals between sets make it more like a HIT weightlifting routine?

    Damn I just checked out that workout...the superset bicep tricep day with like 16 sets no rest looks crazy.....I mean wow... lol....I'll have to give that workout a go somewhere down the line maybe this summer. How many weeks should you do this workout and how many times a week should you do it?

    It's meant to be done until you go onto a more advanced program. Everyone goes at their own pace there.

    And it's a three-day double split, so two cycles per week and rest the seventh day.

    It's ''Fear of the Dark'' by the band Iron Maiden.

    Not sure if Curry is posing to that or the maker of the vid has put it over.

    My training is already a kind of training/cardio program. because of the only 30 secondes or one minute rest only.

    You chose the weight needed by doind a max of reps, for exemple for bench press, you try to lift this weight 23 times, that is the weight you need to work with. But only one minute rest between set, and then after a few workout you see that this weight is too easy for you then you put more. So this way you gain muscle and come stronger too.
