    What should I aim for next? A 3 plater perhaps?

    But think need to get heavier chains coz not enough room on my dip belt to accomodate so many plates.

    your belt should still be ok if you use bigger plates instead of more plates. don't know how plates measured in kgs increase but 20 kgs is a 45 lbs plate is right? i do mine with 45s, havent had a problem with at least 135lbs, and woulda been room for more i think!

    Yup,some may think the pause would sap my upper strength to some extent but I visualise that portion of the lift as a compressed coil being compressed even further before being released-this analogy helps me a lot in the exploding up.
