Bio oil and products like that. The ones that reduce stretch marks and scars. Just google it up.

Many people use loofah sponge to scrub the stretch marks area. After that, they will use cocoa butter and vitamin E oil and rub on the marks. This method will reduce the color of the marks not removing it.

Think of it this way. If you take a piece of cloth and pull on it hard it'll stretch out and in the place its stretched the cloth is thinner, because there's less thread there. . That's basically the same idea as stretch marks. You have less skin in that area than in the surrounding area, no cream will fix that.

??? so some people say it can be fixed and some say it cant? This is confusing..... To make it more specific my stretch marks arent from being a fat@$$ then slimming down its from my shoulders getting a lot bigger than they used to be.

Stretch marks are scars, simple as that, even if you use cocoa butter or product X,Y,Z they'll still be there just a few shades lighter than your skin color. Best way is preventive care during bulking.

help you understand it better, stretch marks occur in the dermis and cocoa butter and products X,Y,Z only reach the epi-dermis, see how that works?
