Would anyone recommend taking supplements before work? I work in airport baggage lifting upto and over 400 suitcases a day weighing up to 32kg

something for energy would probably be worthwhile
look into Gaspari Anavite if you don't currently take a multi-vitamin...the fully dosed beta-alanine and LCLT it contains can improve endurance and performance, but they need to be taken daily so having them in your multi makes that really convenientNSCA CSCS
