    Smile Supplements question

    Would anyone recommend taking supplements before work? I work in airport baggage lifting upto and over 400 suitcases a day weighing up to 32kg

    Depending on what supps you're taking, I can't see why not assuming they're dietary supplements. If you're taking pre-workout before work or something I'd probably question that.

    something for energy would probably be worthwhile

    look into Gaspari Anavite if you don't currently take a multi-vitamin...the fully dosed beta-alanine and LCLT it contains can improve endurance and performance, but they need to be taken daily so having them in your multi makes that really convenient
