hah, no way that Arnold's arms were below 20 inches. Just look at them comparatively to other bbers.

Same boat here
6'2" and lucky to tape about 18 cold
Had a buddy who looked like he had frikking 19 or 20, he was 5'10", pissed me off.
So I asked him how he was continually staying ahead of me on arms. He said I had bigger arms, so we stood side by side in front of the mirror, you could see that my arms were bigger, but a distance away, the length vs circumference plays with the eyes. Still pisses me offlift big 2 get big

Priest is the same size as Franco? What are you smoking? He is larger than Franco at his largest. At age 21, Lee's contest weight was 194 in a competition. Franco competed at 10 pounds less than a 21-year-old Priest. In Lee's later years, of course his weight became something like 220 pounds. Franco's back width owns Lee like nothing else though. But same overall mass? Erm no.
I remember there was a random member on getbig forum who once posted that he met Lee and measured his arm. I forgot the exact measurement but I am 99% sure it was over 21 inches. I believe Lee replied in the same thread that this guy had indeed met him and measured his arms. So if Joe Roark and this random member both measured Lee's arms to be OVER 21 inches, I think it is reasonable to trust the accuracy of both reported measurements.
Also, on around 29 May 2004 (may not be exact date), I made a thread on getbig forum asking Lee about his arm and forearm measurements. He replied with one or two photos of his arm being measured by a tape. I vividly remember him typing that his forearm was around 18 inches. For his upper arms, I think he taped them at around 22 inches. However, Joe Roark probably measured his arms more strictly, thus Joe obtained a slightly different measurement : 21.25 for upper arms and 17 inches for forearm.

Yes, he was flexing when they were measured. I can tell when someone is flexing their arm.
He did pump his arms before they were measured, it showed him lifting some weights before hand.
Here is another screencap that I took at the time
I've just noticed that there is a slight angle in the measuring tape...

I think it's fairly central to be honest
I don't think he would gain much if anything....
the marginal movement from the left to the right (from our viewpoint) across the front half of the bicep head would probably be negated by the diagonal bend in the tape
It looks as if the tape is moved slightly simply to allow a reading of the measurement.
Fail hard?
You nuthugger's can continue to believe what you want, continue to live a life in self denial and sycophancy guessing pro's measurements based on visual guesses and extreme gullibility- "he said his arms measured that therefore it must be true!"

Ronnie's arms sure blow Gunter's out of the water in terms of apparent size, and definitely in definition. Lights out.
You're forgetting one thing about this sport. The power of illusion. I'm not gonna try argue what they measure the whole way around, but top to bottom, they're about the same size in that photo.Interested in investing in militarizing poultry? ur doin it wrong..
..as u can see, the "tape" is roughly parallel to the forearm..because look how they got their elbows slightly raised. With your vertical lines you were measuring at an angle. I hope you see what i'm saying...
ronnie's got an inch on him AND hes standing further back (look at head sizes..rons known for his massive head yet it looks like nuttin' but a peanut next to gunters)
