Anyone here "i dont want to get too big" from others very often?

I must of heard this at least 5 times this month from different people. But god damn it they speak as if it can be done by accident or like its that easy to get "too big". I respect not everyone wants to be massive but its not like getting too big can just happen so easily

lmao, i have a friend 6'0 115 pounds, but also, its cause the kids believe if they have more than 50 grams of protein a day, the extra grams will turn directly into muscle... lol

I had the same train of thought when I started out lifting, but once I began to dedicate myself and saw actual progress for a few weeks, I changed my mind lol.

I honestly think that if someone is thinking that they don't want to get too big, they aren't seeing any progress as it is.

lol I love it. Whenever someone says "I don't wanna get too big" I just say "Don't worry you won't" knowing they won't make any sort of progress at all anyway.

On the other hand many people have told me they're going to work out over the summer & come back massive lol.

yea the over the summer thing annoys me, a really fat kid at my school thinks he will be at my level in 2 months he probably has 25-30% bf and is like 220 and im 190@14% bf wow it annoys me

All my friends say that. I tell them, that you only say you hate it, but if you had to wake up and suddenly you're huge, what, I bet you'll hate your body and your strength
