Damn. What was your starting and ending weight so far in those pics? How long did it take you? Any major problems with loose skin?

started at 330lbs, got down to 190, bulked back up to 240, now im at 225 and cutting till i get below 8%. i have loose skin around my abdomen but my bodyfat is around 14% (probly more because 3pt calipers arent too accurate) so i still have fat weighing down my skin. i will need surgery for the loose skin on my chest though...

about 2 years of mixed info and about a 80% diet. I found a good diet and started studying and doing tons and tons of cardio and got to 185.
tried a clean bulk for a few months but dont have pics yet.
anyone got experience with that lower belly sag? Will it go away or do I need the expensive ass surgery? lol
and congrats to everyone on here!!! Some incredible transformations!!!Common Sense Crew

Inspiration!
I discovered this forum about a year ago, actually in May of '07. I dropped about 25 lbs over the last year, and set a few personal strength records. What a long way technology has come that lets people come to an awesome place such as this for support! Great pictures everyone...these were taken just now. This thread has inspired me to try and knock off a few pounds myself...

Wow! Some of these results are amazing. I was too chicken to take pics of myself before working out, but here goes...
When I started, I was around 16% body fat, and weighed in around 172 pounds; I didn't really know I was out of shape. That all changed with my first Personal Trainer session. My PT was able to keep me focused and through it all, I have worked out 4-5 times per week for about four months. Currently, Im 9% body fat and weigh about 158.
Further, I have taken no supplements (not that I'm against them) of any kind, and am looking to experiment with them a little in the near future.
My immediate goals: add about five pounds of lean muscle and cut a few %'s in body fat. Currently, I'm around 9%.Owner: www.acpartshouse.com

it doesnt look pretty, lol. since my bodyfat isnt low enough yet, it still looks bad. im holding some fat in my back/love handles area. that coupled with the loose skin makes it look worse. my chest is horrible looking. i have slight gynecomastia (glandular) and since my titties were so big, the loose skin in my chest is prominent. i will no doubt need surgery for loose skin removal on my chest. i may be able to skip the lower body lift if my skin snaps back once my bodyfat is in the single digits.
ill get new updated shirtless pics when i get my bodyfat lower. on a good note, by stretch marks arent noticeable too much anymore. seeing as i tan and exfoliate.MY PROGRESS PICS 330lbs-50%bf to 225lbs 19.5%bf

hey poop, just keep on the diet and maintain the BF% between 8-11% for a long time, and the loose skin WILL snap back. You're still young enough that your skin hasn't lost it's elasticity. Check out my pics a few pages back, I had a lot of loose skin and once I lowered the BF enough, the skin snapped back. as you know, it's the pockets of fat that make the loose skin really prominent.
Obsessed is a word used often by the lazy, in order to describe the dedicated.

Just finished my first bulking up stage after the fat loss, working on getting more shredded now, I don't really know what my BF% is but my loose skin is horrendous after losing over 250lbs.
