well, if supps are not allowed, i think everyone is f'd.

but if PH's are not allowed I know a couple of us won't be able to participate.

I think they should be allowed.

It in a sense does leave those who don't want to use them at a disadvantage, but in a contest like this there's no way to enforce complicity with a policy like "no hormones".

Which, in the end, would just DQ all the honest people and leave the contest wide open to be grabbed by someone who lies about using.

Indeed. I was assuming that there wouldn't be any restrictions but I was just curious as nothing was mentioned in the rules

This is a PHYSIQUE competition! So in the end the man AND women with the best body will win! Not just looking at pure size but the winner should be shredded and have good symmetry. Size will help as well! All in all it's like the Olympia of the OBF, the best man will win in the end (And hopefully no doubt this time).

Will the winner be determined by improvement to their physique, or will it be a simple matter of whoever looks the best at the end of the contest, even if they didn't really make much progress from their before shot?

10-4! Whoever looks the best... And no, progress doesn't matter... Just making before shot's manditory so others have something to look at and you can compare in the end, but they will hold no standing in judging the final pics...

When it comes down to it, the best looking physique will win!
