Ladies and Gentlemen the time is now!!! Spring Madness is over and the OBF is over a year old! Time to kick off the 'Birthday' with what should be one of the best competitions to date!
So far, as history shows, each and every OBF event has outdone the other and I have no doubt in my mind that this will do the same!
This is a PHYSIQUE competition! So in the end the man AND women with the best body will win! Not just looking at pure size but the winner should be shredded and have good symmetry. Size will help as well! All in all it's like the Olympia of the OBF, the best man will win in the end (And hopefully no doubt this time).
***Official Rules***
-Before and After pictures MUST be provided by the announced times
-You must use a newspaper or some piece of news literature to prove the date
-Must post in the contest thread at least once a week. Miss two weeks of posting and you will be DQ'ed from the contest. A death in the family is a good excuse to miss a week, but I don't see a week long funeral...
-No cheating, use integrity. Basically don't photoshop pics. It can be noticed and you will be DQ'ed.
-Motivate others! If you're putting other competitors down in the contest thread you WILL be DQ'ed. The primary reason behind the OBF is the motivate!!!
-Contestants must be willing to give their real name and address for prizes and free giveaways, stuff like that.
-MUST HAVE AT LEAST 75 POSTS HERE ON THE FORUM
**Mandatory Poses**
Front Double Bi
Rear Lat Spread
Most Muscular
Rear Double Bi
Side triceps pose
WOMEN 3 women must sign up for a womens 'division' to be official. However with only 3 there will only be a 1st place, no second or third. If 5+ women sign up then there will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place posted. Same applies for men however I assume finding men to compete won't be a problem.
OFFICIAL START DATE
MONDAY, June 23
The official contest thread will be created that day and you will have until MIDNIGHT on June 25th to post your begining photos in that thread.
OFFICIAL END DATE
Monday, September 22
FINAL pics MUST be submitted by midnight on September 24th but can also be turned in NO EARLIER THEN 1 week prior to the contest end date (September 15)
ALL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO COMPETE SIGN UP IN THIS THREAD!!! THERE IS NO 'CAP' ON THE NUMBER OF COMPETITORS. SIGN UPS END ON JUNE 20th.

Prizes will be announced durring the competition. Winners will recieve something, either a certificate, t-shirt, or supplement of some kind. Usually companies come through and there are tons of donations. There has been no shortage of prizes yet. Our first contest saw over $800 of merchandise handed out

So I'm guessing before and after pics have to be in the same location?
