Aight, I've searched and *similar* questions pop up regularly but haven't found anything really specific.
I'm on a cut, been for the past ~10weeks with very good success so far. I've been between 400-500cal/day deficit.
A new Sunflower Farmer's Market has opened in town (~4 weeks ago), fruit and veggies are DIRT cheap and I've been buying fruit once a week by the tens-of-pounds. Mostly bananas, pineapples ($1.50 each!!!), mangos, apples, oranges, grapefruits, cherries ... Just all kinds of fruit.
So, anyway, I usually have A LOT of my carbs from fruit - from 1-2 bananas for breakfast with my oatmeal, 2 bananas pre-workout, a couple of apples post-workout, I eat a lot of fruit.
Question is - is fruit ok as a carb source pre and post workout? I've read several threads about fructose pre/post workout but could not find anything conclusive.
Thanks. _B
