Ok so just to let you guys know i am 5'7 and about 140 pounds most of the time 135lbs, though. I am weight lifting because i feel that i am to skinny and sometimes i become insecure about size, im really into sports so someimes im insecure about it.
What i want to do is get bigger/stocky. I atleast want to get to 145-150. I dont know how long that would take but i would sure as hell like to get there and no i dont want it to be from just fat either i still want to be able to get some meat on me without sacrificing speed and whatnot.
Now i was wondering what and which whey should i buy keep in mind i want something cheap and im only 16yrs old and im starting out and im fairly week to be honest im not gonna lie. I can only bench about 120lbs. Also whats the difference between a protein shake and whey? I also heard powered whey is good.
Also any additional info that would help me would be great. Keep in mind im new to this.
Also i have Centrium for my multi vitamins is that ok? I take them every morning.....
