i could never skip - until i could - then i loved it loved it loved it!
I think the C2 rowing addition is a great move. I have a theory it is the perfect accompanyment to combat sports to balance out the shoulder development and endurance - that and it is the best cardio machine the world has ever known!"There's levels of retardation most people don't even know about"

Aug-17 (Muay Thai)
Tonight was just perfect. First of all, the instructors renovated the whole place during the two weeks break. The place is larger and bigger, the paint is fresh, they added some colors and they bought new fighting gear. Overall, I'm really happy with the results.
We worked on cardio, conditioning (heavy rope, medicine ball throws and passes), drills and more mobility drills for 70 minutes. It was insane, especially with the hot weather outside. After all that cardio madness, we worked on various kicks just to get back into the groove. We finished with some coold-down, stretching and core work.
Have a good night !

Well it was really clean all around the place so I'd say yeah. Also a place with cold water, the floor is now green (like grass !), we have new focus mitts and they kidna destroyed the studio on the left side, destoyed the wall as well. Leo has an office and the place is larger.

How's the abs coming? Or did that go out the window while you were away from Moo-Tie so long?MMMC
