I dont know, some type of red meat. Havent had red meat in 3 weeks so I have been getting cravings for steak/beef.

red meat on a cut is a must for me.




not a lot, but still a must. just count it towards your fat and protein source for the meal, and you're good to go.

OK its four months + peak week. for me thats 16 weeks + peak week, but I guess the months come out to about 130 days including peak week.
