I gave up caffeine a month ago; I've seen much better results in the strength department to my shock. I expected it to be the opposite (though the first three days were beyond rough). I just use the basic whey protein (I make ice cream in the evening with it) and purple wraath (during workout) for supplements and when I bulk I add in creatine.
However, those are not fat-loss supplements."Fi mutationem vis videre." ~ Mahatma Ghandi
