Hey, i currently do am fasted SS cardio on training days and HIIT on rest days later in the day as i'm sure you should do HIIT later in the day when you have energy for something that explosive. Wouldn't fasted HIIT destroy you. Please correct me if i am wrong. Thanks in advance.

Since I've started KETO about a week ago, and I am not going to tell to do HIIT or not. However, I will tell you that I simply don't have enough energy to do full sessions of HIIT running like I was able to before KETO. This problem will probably subside after my body gets use to KETO, but until then I'm laying of the HIIT and sticking with some light jogging and incline walking.

I have a similar question. I need to drop a bunch of weight so I am going below maintenance on calories and doing regular cardio 40 minutes 4 times weekly along with my weights 4 times a week. I do my workout and cardio in the afternoon and was thinking of doing HIIT at nite. Is this a good idea?

I would not call HIIT cardion and you will NOT lose and LBM if it is done properly. If you have a heart rate monitor then its super easy, do my 15-20 seconds sprint and spend however long it takes to get my heartrate back down to 125-130bpm then begin my next sprint and repeat.
All the **** people are throwing around is making it much too confusing for newer people to drop body fat. My best success is with casual walking, a keto caloric deficit and a full body workout 3 times per week. This along with consistency will definetely give you the results you want.No whey!
