I bought one of those 2.5 gallon jugs of wate, took the little plastic faucet thing off to put the crystal light in it, put it back on and stirred it up, then sat it back down, 3 minutes later the faucet thing i took off and put back on shot off and near 8 dollars in crystal light and water drenched my carpet...

atleast its sugar free.....

Edit: at the Scoolage National Championships for weightlifting Spencer Moorman, a 17 year old 105+ lifter, got a 130kg Snatch and a 165kg Clean and Jerk.

Becuz i want to get down to around 230 by august for college. And then start focusing on which weight class i want to go down to or up to depending on my strength after the cut
