What would be suggested for the admins...they are the ones that setup the forums themselves? If any admins are reading this, do these suggestions sound doable with the forum software without any heavy modifications?

That's such a stupid idea. There are MANY people that have less than 100 posts that want to post pictures of themselves to get critiqued, so that wouldn't work. There are also many other reasons why that wouldn't work.

What about only allowing adding attachments under 100 posts. This would allow new users to post there legit BB shots etc and people would be aware of the risk of opening a trolls attachments as they are in the red. Would this be possible to implement though?
