Since I've been lifting in a power rack, I can push myself to my limit when squatting. Some of you didn't think I could do much more than 3 reps @ 95 lbs squatting from my last video but with the power rack I did 5 reps and probably could have done 1-2 more, it's fairly light for me so even exhausted I can still keep doing reps (near the end I do occasionally pause in the up position for a few seconds to take a few good breaths). I normally workout with 115 lbs for about 6 reps.
I will probably post a video of another 5+ reps @ 110 lbs and one of ~6 reps @ 115 lbs. I'll also try a one rep max which I think will be around 135.
