The pack is made in the kitchen, not the bike. But I would suggest HIIT to help out w/ the fat loss.

I'm at like 10% body fat right now. What do I need to get down to in order to get a well defined 6pack? I have a 6pack but its not big and defined

the bike isnt the abb source

    1. less fat
    2. big strong abbs

we all know how to lose fat. but i got something great for training

    3 sets of 50 sit-ups
    3 sets of 20 crunchs
    2 sets of leg raises
10 suicides of 10 yards (facing the direction you are moving)
10 suicides of 1o yards (running backwards on the way back)

and you must touch the floor with both hands on when you reach each end of the suicide. forceds you to use more agility and shock the abbs

some people have better abbs then others, if the abb workout doesnt leave you fatigued before the suicides then consider modifying the abb workout to be harder

is there a reason why you need to use the bike? Weight bearing cardio is more efficient at burning calories. Weight bearing means you are supporting your weight not a bike seat. Don't think number of miles. That's not going to get you there. Think time. During your first 10 minutes or so of cardio you are burning largely glucose rather than fat. That is why about 45 minutes of cardio is a good idea. You are not burning much fat until 10-15 minutes in, so that allows you about 30 minutes of fat burning cardio. And don't push too hard, that will cause your body to rely on glucose as well. Keep the intensity moderate. High intensity cardio may burn a lot of calories quickly, but will not do much for burning fat. Hope this helps.

Depending on your type of gym you will have to run to a line, touch it, run back to the beginning, then run back and then run to the next line (or same line), run back until you are back at the beginning. Repeat.

Are you an idiot? its the complete opposite, do you not read anything on this fourms? LIST (Low-intensity Stationary Training) is used for Calorie burning on the spot which indirectly effects fat burning..

HIIT(High-intensity interval Training) Is used to burn fat, because it does not burn an overall amt of calories, in an extended amount of time (Effect metabolism) which is proven to burn fat x10 more then regular LIST
