    "Rice"

    Cauliflower - boiled then grated... that`s it..

    For the second picture i oiled a pan with butter, fried some grated onion till transparent then added the "rice" and some liver + seasonings.. yuum..

    Awesome idea! Thanks.

    I actually was too lazy to boil it the other night and grated it raw then tossed it into the pan I had sauteed onions and garlic in. It was awesome and my anti cauliflower hubby didn't even know.

    cauliflower is incredibly versatile like that.

    i'm sure many of you have heard of the faux mashed potatoes (by boiling and whipping/mashing cauliflower)

    I saw this recipe with the no carb buns!! I tried the buns and they were amazing so I'll have to try this next!!

    I also saw where you can combine the "rice" with an egg and cheese to make a pizza...
