Cauliflower - boiled then grated... that`s it..
For the second picture i oiled a pan with butter, fried some grated onion till transparent then added the "rice" and some liver + seasonings.. yuum..

cauliflower is incredibly versatile like that.

I saw this recipe with the no carb buns!! I tried the buns and they were amazing so I'll have to try this next!!
I also saw where you can combine the "rice" with an egg and cheese to make a pizza...*Mandy*
