After I do bench sit-ups, my stomach area hurts and feels twisted and like I got kicked there or something.....Is not from overtraining cause I only did 25 today and this still happend......what could be the cause of this? thanks

Well it depends... If it obviously not muscular... Then it could be a hernia... could be lots of different things... If you are bothered by it enough to post on here... then it's worth going to the doctor over...
