I was curious if you can take a NO no-explode for example and Celltech Creatine at the same time. I mean, no-explode has creatine in it already and since I am new to this, I was curious as if I can take both at the same time or if I must or how this exactly works.
I will also start taking White Flood, can I take those three things at the same timee ? No-explode, white flood and celltech creatine ?
Thanks a lot for the help, first time ever I will try out Nitric Oxide.

The white flood and no-xplode might be a caffine overload. I use to get the shakes from the No-Xpolde by itself, i couldnt imagine taking both b4 a workout.

the main ingredient you are looking for in an NO product is arginine which increases Nitric Oxide production. I don't like those products that are mixed up with everything imaginable...i buy everything separately...i also have separate pure creatine monohydrate which i take in both my pre and post workout shakes...i take arginine four times a day...30 minutes before breakfast, in my pre-workout shake, with my fast absorbing carbs post workout, and also about 30 minutes before i go to sleep...this has been working great for me but you know, everybodys different

hey hey...just FYI, if you asked thing over in "supplements," guys would jump all over this question. My .02, sounds like over kill, no need to double up on the creatine (waste of money). If you feel like you're really not getting enough, pick up some mono pills. That would be a MUCH cheaper option.
Also, have you checked out animal pump? NO and a full dose of creatine. Good stuff.always live in view of eternity

I don't recommend taking White Flood AND No-Xplode, I would stick to 1 N.O. product. Either White Flood, No Xplode, Superpump 250, Shotgun, etc. but I wouldn't advise combining the.

Bulk arginine and bulk creatine monohydrate would be a much better choice in my opinion. That way you are getting the effects that you want, for a cheaper price, and a bigger supply, and without all of the added "fillers".
