I made the recipe from the OP. That's the first time I've ever actually tried a recipe from here. I've read a lot, but haven't actually tried them. Wow, they satisfied both my sweet tooth and my cravings for carbs! I'll definitely be making these again! Very, very very good!

May have to try this one out with some chocolate that others recommended. I have been making the one in the video the last 2 days...Damn that thing is good!
I know what you mean! I have been eating 4-6 eggs w/cheese in the AM, and not getting completely full, but with this! NO DOUBT, yesterday with 6 eggs..I could not hardly finish, and my son was helping me eat it! Today I used 4 eggs, and he helped again...I was still STUFFED!
Gee, I am sorry to hear that you do not like these. Maybe a lot of us like them so much so, because we know we cannot have the real thing! I don't know. But I LOVE them! There are many variations...are you suing the blender? Try using the blender, it gived a completely different texture. I blend (even flour) for around 5 minutes....I do some twists or tend to my son while it is "fluffing"!Come Join My New Group: "BIGGEST LOSER CLUB"

protein packed pan cakes
Easy pancakes =D
1 cup of egg whites, sould be around 8 ish egg whites
1 scoop protein powder (i am using ON)
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
I mix the powder and eggs then put in a saute pan w/ some butter flaver no stick cooking spray on medium-low heat. Then cover up the pan with aluminum so it cooks better and you can avoind having to flip it. I top it with syrup here but if you want something a bit more keto peanut butter is good =D.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten.

Just made these. wow... amazing.
I used:
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 cup Flax meal
3 eggs
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 scoop ON Vanilla Ice Cream Whey
1 scoop Atlarge Nutrion Chocolate Nitrean
a swig of diet 7up
Came out great. I had the pan on medium heat. Heated first side for 2.5 minutes before flipping. Then second side for 1.5-2 minutes.
Used Sorbee Sugar Free Syrup because I couldn't find anything else that was better yesterday when I went to pick up the flax meal.
I'd describe the taste as whole weat pancakes with a bit more flavor. I also used a blender to mix everything on a low setting which I think incorporated a little more air into the mixture so they were pretty light. Definitely making these every other day during the week.Force Factor Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=142378451&p=833477401#post833477401

I used:
1/2 Cup Almond Meal (just took whole almonds and ground them until they were basically powder)
1/2 cup protein power (roughly a scoop and 1/3, from my scoop) 9my flavor is cinnamon bun )
1 tbls Olive Oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 tbls Splenda (equal to 3 packets)
Basically what someone on the first page used, except with almonds instead of flax meal. Also, I took down the nutrients.
For the entire thing:
738 Calories / 52g Fat / 60g Protein / 8g Carbs (Fiberous carbs already excluded)
Usually the recipe will yield about 5 pancakes, so divded, you'd get this per pancake:
148 Calories / 10g Fat / 12g Protein / 1.6g Carbs
Also, the cinnamon bun whey...wow. I didn't even use syrup or anything, I just ate it plain. Very nice blend of cinnamon and almond flavor.Last edited by WorldStrike; 04-13-2009 at 06:49 AM.
