    Question Help getting cut/lean.

I'm finished my bulkin phase, and i need help to cut without losing much muscle.

If i run, how long ahould i run? And should i run after i lift weights or before? And how much a week should i run?

When i lift weights should i do any where between 12-15 reps, and 3 sets?

Any suggestions would be nice, and helpful.

    Thank Ya.

    keep the weight high

when you cut keep the weight high, keep taxing your muscles, high reps don't work great
if you need to cut more than a diet is doing, use short fast- like HIIT style cardio.

    thats fine

maybe even lower reps if you can, yo u will not groww much if at all on a cut, so to help keep the muscle, the body has to believe that it it is under the same stress,
    20 min sounds about right.
