Well here it is guys. This is pretty disgusting. Well first pic I was 270lbs last May of 2007. Got into an altercation at work with a perp and was close to losing my life if back up havn't got there when they did. Well after getting out of the hospital I decided to change my life around and get into shape. First thing first I had to quit smoking after smoking for 10 years(which was hard but done instantly.) Then was to start working out hard and eating healthy. I always went to the gym but nothing serious did things here and there show up once or twice a week lifted a weight or 2. Well worked hard on basically the running and cardio stuff not really any weights. Dropped down to 185lbs and then started to lift. Now I'm about 200lbs and packing on more weight as we speak. So then there is my 2nd pic that I took today.

Sorry bout the pic being too big I was trying to figure how to resize. Well yeah to add to that it's been about a year since I started now. You can check out my Body space to see the progress pics. I'm happy where I am at but I would like more. I would like to put on another 15 lbs of muscle and lean up to about 7-8% body fat.

I usually started off with something like a peanut butter with whole wheat. 2nd meal was either oatmeal or a bowl of cereal with banana. 3rd meal would be something from a chinese food take out but it would be like chix and broccoli light on sauce with white rice (you know those lunch specials) but I would only eat half and save half for 3 hours later for like my 4th meal. 5th meal was protein shake. My 6th meal would be something like grilled chicken with broccoli or string beans or something. My highest carb point in the day would be my first meal pre work out and post work out. Now it's almost the same but more healthier because now I'm trying to lean up. Like I wouldn't be eating that chinese food take out nomore instead it would be grilled chicken with half cup of rice. I'm eating alot of chicken, i eat steak 2 times a week, and alot more fish in my diet now. Hopefully this helped a little this was just a brief example I did switch up my meals. Oh yeah key point I never gave up what I enjoyed like pizza etc. I ate that all the time but ate in proper portions. I never considered it cheating I considered it treating for the work I was putting into it.
