    The endorphin high is much better when you don't take any stims preworkout and rawdawg it

    The ultimate preworkout drink:

    - 8oz warmed up purified / distilled water

    - 1/2 a limes worth of juice squeezed in

    Stir and chug. You will have more endurance, less chance of cramps, better focus, better pumps, etc

    If you really wanna get crazy throw a lil baking soda in there too
