superpump250. I had such and insane tricep + chest pumps the other day that I couldnt straiten my arm and my thumb and pointer finger were tingling and lost feeling after 7 reps weighted bar dips wth 90lbs hangin off me. My arms felt tlike they were going to explode and my measurments went from 17 1/2" before workout to 18 1/3" after!

so i ordered NO Shotgun bogo, and have had 2 workouts with it so far, cant give an opinion on it yet, but it tastes like pure garbage, more realistically chlorine water with acid in it. What can i mix it with to get rid of that horrible taste, any suggestions?

Superpump 250!

1) It gets me out of my seat and in to the weight room within 30 minutes.
1a) on the crapper in 40 minutes, but back to lifting in 45 minutes

2) it keeps me focused and alert well after my work out
2a) and back on the crapper well after my work out

3) I take it at 7:00PM and can still go to sleep around 12:00 AM (N.O.Xplode will keep me up till 5:00 AM or later)
3a) will wake up in dead of sleep and have to sit on the crapper

4) I feel more pumped up and look a lot larger in the mirror plus I feel like i have harder muscles
4a) you will get to see results in real time do to the many trips past the mirror on the way to the crapper, and you are so pumped that you may not be able to wipe your own ass....I've always been able to, but have come close too a super pump.

5) It truley cleans out your colan
5a) well into the next day

did you follow the direction to take SP250 at least 45 mins after a full meal? I've been using SuperPump250 for about a month already and I never had this crapping thing....all it gives me are awesome pumps, increased focus and unbelievable workout energy....it also gave me added vascularity after my workout that made my triceps looks like its gonna explode after a great superset....

I train in JuJitSu and I lift once in a while... I take No Explode before my training and i am starting to get used to it and basically it does not help me like it used to.

Any recommendations on a pre work out supplement that will help me with that?
