I've been using white flood for a few of weeks now and I don't think its working. I take the full dose and I don't feel anything special. I've tried taking it 1/2 hour before workout, few minutes before workout and during workout, and everytime I didn't really feel anything. I don't know if my body is tolerant to it or what?

Reaction Nutrition ZENITH and CHAIN
I workout late at night so all the caffiene thats in the powders mess up my sleep patterns. I was just turned on to ZENITH for Pre Workout and Chain for post workout by Reaction Nutrition. They are liquid caps and have a nice combo of your basics. Great pumps and my recovery is actually better than I expected. Nice line in general I have my girlfriend on the VOODOO.

Right, I've also found that to be the case with Super Charge and most other preworkout supplements I've tried, which is a ****load, since I get them for free or at cost. That's one reason why I used to think there was no permanent best product for preworkout. I had to rotate them around to get consistent results.
Well, never say never, but for many months now, since about last January, I have been using H+ Blocker which was then and is now the absolute best one I have ever tried and am still using. iSatori's literature and marketing for the product, great as they are, didn't convince me, but the results did. Even my gf, who is like the 'Life Cereal Mikey' of supplements (she wont take it, she hates everything) has had to concede that it really takes a workout higher.
My impression of the H, and the reason I like it, is that it doesnt have strong central nervous system effects, there is no caffeine edginess or tweaky feeling. Nor is it oriented towards an NO muscle pump, which I'm not really interested in since those products cramp the hell out of my forearms when I try to lift heavy, esp on back day. What it does do is to liberate a lot of power and strength while delaying the onset of fatigue both within individual sets and over the course of the workout as a whole. It's funny, I really don't feel much from the H+ Blocker were I to stand there and try to describe it to you, its benefits to me are what I don't feel, I don't fatigue anywhere near as easy, I don't feel wired out and I don't lose mental focus or a sense of momentum in the 2nd half of the workout.
**For the record, I dont work for these guys (iSatori) in any way shape of form,
and with all the stuff I do get or can get for free, I am glad to fork over the ~ 40 bucks for a tub of HB.http://www.bitegrease.com

I've only tried 2 pre-workout supps: NO-Xplode and White Flood. NO-Xplode was great for about 2 weeks...the rest of the jug was fairly worthless. White Flood is ridiculous, and by ridiculous I mean awesome. I get a tingling sensation throughout my entire body when I take it that lasts for 5-10 minutes, but the pump, the energy, and the focus that it gives lasts for hours.
I'm military pilot, and I've actually taken White Flood before a flight a couple of times when I was low on energy and the results were amazing.Come check out my Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=108310621

I had the same exact experience, found myself using 3 scoops towards the end of the tub (made it last less than a month). The taste was god awful and the energy gave me severe a.d.d. like symptoms. As for the energy drink idea, I do the same but with 1 scoop PW in 28oz water, really helps fuel my tank at work on the 100+ temp days.

Awesome to hear, thanks
golden finish for sure. you dont need a postworkout shake with creatine in it as you already get plenty with green magnitude
sure, if you want to take a half scoop pre and post, but its suggested to do 1 scoop pre.Specials & insider info

i posted here before - but just recently had the pleasure of trying both nuclear garbage and garbage [ both by garbage] - got to say - they leave everything i tried except armgeddon and evolution X10 in the shade.Got to say they are incredible!
