Best Overall Pre-Workout Energy/Pump Supplement?

Alright guys, Im having MAJOR problems finding the right pre work out supp for me, my main goal is to lose weight but I'm incorporating weight training into each workout and I need a little extra kick to finish those last few reps.

Can't decide between:

Amin.o. Energy
Muscle Pharm Assault
White Flood

Which do you guys recommend?

I'm currently using white flood and loving it. Given I haven't tried the other two and the last pre-workout supplement was a crap GNC N.O., but I've read good things about white flood before purchasing and I love the taste and energy it supplies.

amino energy is whack,
Mp assault is great for endurance and focus
white flood is just awesome
Cellucor C4 and Bpi 1mr are great as well!!

also for endurance and intense focus I highly recommend AppNut's Lit-up, it also tastes amazing just like c4 and wf

I'm half way through one cycle of Ravage and just picked up some C4.

The Ravage is working very well, but I am gonna alternate between the two I think and see if I can notice the difference.

I've tried stacking YOK3d and Jack3d and haven't felt a thing that's alot of money wasted that really Pisses me off!!!

I've used a number of PRE workout sups and really enjoyed the extra energy and pumps that muscle pharm assault gave me.

Has anyone tried Juggernaut? Was checkin it out yesterday, and am thinkin about tryin it out. Not really sure. I've tried Force Factor and NO-Xplode, and they were ok.

ditto for Pink Magic, luckily I got 2 bottles of it when it was first released, very cheap.

Felt nothing, saw no changes, and blah blah meh beh....

heard it was good. force factor aka body rush is just a drink, I think it's more for rookies with no pre w/0 exposure. It tastes good but did nothing for me.

USP Labs Jacked...very effective

Animal Pump was okay but those damn pill

Am currently off pre workout supps though....

How long have you been using Jack3d? I built up a tolerance to it so quickly I don't even bother with it anymore.

im looking for a new one to try. i had no effect from jacked even using 2-3 scoops. white flood i feel a bit but not much on 2 scoops. i was thinking of trying C4 or MP Assault. is there anything else i should look at?

White Flood is awesome, how long have you been using pre's consistently?

C4 is amazing, great hype, focus and endurance with it.

MP Assault didn't provide the hype feeling to me, but the focus, and endurance is off the charts.

They all taste great!

I tried a new Pre-workout booster over the weekend by MRM. Its all natural and the taste was amazing. It gave a great energy surge, felt very focused and outstanding pump. Oh yeah, Bpi makes 1.M.R., very effective product. Which flavor did you pick up? If you have high stim tolerance like I do, use 2 scoops...even though they preach you'll only need one, not true.

Hey, can you guys recommend me a good pre-workout supplement for mma and boxing classes? It should probably be geared towards endurance more. I'll get a different one for weights.

It's good, I'm sure you'll like it. I've got 2 sample packs of the lemon-lime, the only flavor of 1MR I haven't tried yet..if my back feels better tomorrow morning I plan to use it

That's always the tough part for me, usually only cycle off if on vacation or injured

I need them at 7am training, gets tough.

Assault is awesome, def one of my favorite pre workouts

i just tried c4, and with one scoop ive def felt the focus and energy, but i think a little more would do even better for me.

I just finished off my tub of Juggernaut, and I liked it. In the past I have tried NOXPLODE and Jack3d, but so far I like Jug the best. Great flavor, good price, and great energy. I am a stim junkie so I had to do 2.5 scoops. I had the constant piss problem with Jack3d, not with Jugg. If you go to the gym late, and you try to sleep not long after you get home, it will be difficult to sleep, which I guess is to be expected.

I am going to give White Flood a shot next.

I've been using Jack3d as recommended by a friend, and so far, I feel like it sucks. I don't get a lot of energy or focus from it, and the "tingle" sensation isn't very strong, which leads me to believe it doesn't work quite as well....

I'm wanting to burn fat and gain tone and a little growth...I don't want to be massive, just look good.

Any ideas on a good stack to use as a pre/post workout? Cause Jack3d sucks. : )

Big Bang from Scitec Nutrition does it for me. However, these pumps are no good for pre workout of you train for a fight or something.
