Alright guys, Im having MAJOR problems finding the right pre work out supp for me, my main goal is to lose weight but I'm incorporating weight training into each workout and I need a little extra kick to finish those last few reps.
Can't decide between:

Muscle Pharm Assault
White Flood
Which do you guys recommend?

White Flood is awesome, how long have you been using pre's consistently?
C4 is amazing, great hype, focus and endurance with it.
MP Assault didn't provide the hype feeling to me, but the focus, and endurance is off the charts.
They all taste great!

I tried a new Pre-workout booster over the weekend by MRM. Its all natural and the taste was amazing. It gave a great energy surge, felt very focused and outstanding pump. It has not hit stores yet, but the sample I tried was very impressive. I know they have a product called Driven but this was called 100% ALL Natural Driven. Different formula as well.

It's good, I'm sure you'll like it. I've got 2 sample packs of the lemon-lime, the only flavor of 1MR I haven't tried yet..if my back feels better tomorrow morning I plan to use it
Assault is great, the new green apple flavor tastes awesome as well.
That's always the tough part for me, usually only cycle off if on vacation or injured
I need them at 7am training, gets tough.

Juggernaut
I just finished off my tub of Juggernaut, and I liked it. In the past I have tried NOXPLODE and Jack3d, but so far I like Jug the best. Great flavor, good price, and great energy. I am a stim junkie so I had to do 2.5 scoops. I had the constant piss problem with Jack3d, not with Jugg. If you go to the gym late, and you try to sleep not long after you get home, it will be difficult to sleep, which I guess is to be expected.
I am going to give White Flood a shot next.

Advice?
I've been using Jack3d as recommended by a friend, and so far, I feel like it sucks. I don't get a lot of energy or focus from it, and the "tingle" sensation isn't very strong, which leads me to believe it doesn't work quite as well....
I'm wanting to burn fat and gain tone and a little growth...I don't want to be massive, just look good.
Any ideas on a good stack to use as a pre/post workout? Cause Jack3d sucks. : )
