Currently, I'm taking N.O. Xplode and the energy factor is really cool, but after about a week or so, I've developed a tolerance towards it. Also, its has down quite a number on my stomach. I had to lay off of it for about 2 weeks or so. Awesome product though, but I would recommend taking it moderately.

I'm hearing good things about White flood. So, i'm going to try that next after I finish with the remaining NO Xplode.

If u r worried about getting a bigger creatine intake buy good ole fashion creatine that way ur not losing ur wallet. Higher Power has new creatine out 100 plus servings, flavored and like 15 bucks. I haven't tried it yet but plan on it. U should get ur glutamine from ur protein shakes as most have it.

White Flood says that I cannot take it if I have high blood pressure and to consult my doctor. Well my BD has always been low but it was slightly high from yesterday's test.

I can go on a Rx that lowers my BP and still take WF?

if you have high blood pressure consult your doctor before adding any supplements

Even if its slightly high, I should consult? I would hate to give up White Flood or any other pre-workout sup though.

Had been using jacked with great results. I had a free sample of no explode so I thought I would give it a shot. In comparison I got much better results from jack3d

Whether its SP 250 or WF. What I noticed is that when you take the supp for the first time, its great but gradually it builds up to your system so you need to take more scoops to get more of it. Would anyone agree with me here?

How about switching SP250 and WF back and forth?

this is the case with all stims, which is why you should cycle off of them periodically (not from one to another)

I just received my WF sample in the mail the other day and tried it today and it worked great. It tasted like crap but worked. Only used half the pack since it was my first time using the product or anything of that nature so I will be taking the second half of the package tomorrow.

how much water did you use with half the pack? that could be the issue

The packet says 8-12 oz so I used 12 since I never tried it before. I wound up adding a bit more since the taste was so strong. I am going to trying it again today before the gym so if there is anything different I will let you all know.

I take NaNo vapor for my preworkout and i can say that grape is yummy! def one of the better tasting pre workouts i have had. I can tell the difference in my energy lvl and workout burn when i take this product and when i don't. The difference isn't astounding, but i most definitely get much better results when taking nano vapor.

I tell you what though, anabolic halo, craziest tasting post workout ever! I have never recovered faster and with more ease than after taking some halo and then a protein shake a half hour later. crazy good!

i definitely agree that nano vapor is an amazing pre workout. the focus and the energy you get is amazing. only con is the price. but i never pay full price for it, so that can be set aside.

I'm new here but i viewed the site and wanted to sign up. seems like a lot of good info here. I'm 23 years old and recently have started going back to the gym on a regular basis. It's important because of my job and my girlfriend is in very good shape and involved in nutrition/health/the gym. I know some stuff because of her but not nearly as much as most of the people on this forum.

Right now I'm at about 220 pounds and im 6 feet 2 inches tall. my goal is to end toned and cut not adding bulky muscle. I want to be muscular but not bulky and huge like a body builder. i want my muscles to be sculpted and pop out not a huge mass of muscle.

I realize i have to eat enough to build muscle but also do enough cardio with out over doing it and burning muscle to achieve that look. I have been taking mega man extreme athlete and it definitely is helping. I see my chest and arms starting to get more and more muscular and i am cutting weight at a good rate. The only thing is i want something to stack with mega man since i feel like i could be getting a little more boost. I bought naNO vapor the pill form and after just browsing on this site im terrified to take it haha. I was just looking for some help for what to stack with mega man to give me some extra boost.

I have tried several pre-workout supplements. Here are my picks-

1. Superpump250 - Good Taste, Mixes easy& the pump is awesome My energy levels were highest on this without crash.

2. NO Xplode- Stimulating taste & nice pumps. But needed 2 scoops, and the worst part is that reduced my Blood pressure to 90/60!
Not for the average joe!

3. NO Shotgun- Incredible energy, lesser on pumps. But made me use the bathroom couple of times before every workout.
The good thing about this is , its got 20g of protein and is carb free!

So I think Superpump 250 from Gaspari is the best!

oh...would you know if jack3d is as good?
Am thinking of trying Superpump 250 but I heard Jack3d is good as well...so wondering which is better since both are for pre-workout?

Anyone know the difference between Superpumo 250 and Superpump MAX?

Just finished up my Jack3d. It was an awesome supplement in the beginning but by the end even if I took 3 scoops I was not really feeling anything, just felt very fight after I would workout my muscles.

Now I am taking Muscle Pharm assault. My first impressions were it was the best tasting supplement I have ever taken. But it says mix 1 scoop with 12-14 oz or water I think. But one scoop is way too strong. BTW I am taking the Blue Raspberry flavor. I have taken it twice and I do not feel much energy or pump when I go to the gym.

I bought it from bb.com so does anyone know if they let you return an opened supplement? I know GNC lets you return an opened supplement.

Just trying to figure out what supplements to take next? Right now there is a sale on superpump 250 & max on ******** but I keep reading mixed reviews about that and also about WF.

Any help is appreciated.

I have to agree.. this is by far the best tasting PO ive had. im disapointed i ordered Presurge Unleashed.. it gives one hell of a kick.. but i dont like the taste

need some advice. just finished jack3d about a week ago.. by the end of the tub i was taking 3 scoops and feeling minimal results. then i went on and ordered a buy 2 get 1 free assault. didnt really feel anything at all and i was taking the 1 scoop in 12 oz of water. now i returned that so i have a credit worth about 70$ to bb.com. need some advice as to what supplement to get next? i need some opinions on white flood, 1.m.r and also on hemo rage black. all help is appreciated
