Hey, I'm doing a research project about the creatine supplements that are specifically designed for women only. I wanted to get a couple people's opinion about this "women's" creatine vs. regular creatine. If a couple people could answer the questions below I would really appreciate it. It doesn't matter if you've never tried it, I would just like to see what everyone thinks about these creatine supplements that are designed specifically for women.
Here's an example creatine that I'm talking about.
And here's a couple questions I have. Thanks to anyone that actually answers them.
1. Have you ever tried a creatine supplement before?
i) If yes, what factors have motivated you to supplement with creatine? (ex. strength gains, increase energy, heard positive reviews, etc)
ii) If no, what factors have caused you to avoid supplementing with creatine?
2. Would you ever try a creatine supplement that is specifically designed for women instead of a regular creatine product? Why or Why not?
3. What advantages and disadvantages would you associate with a creatine supplement that is designed specifically for women?
Advantages:
Disadvantages:
4. How effective do you think a creatine product designed for women would be at increasing physical performance (ex. strength, energy)?
Ineffective Very Effective

1. Have you ever tried a creatine supplement before?
No.
ii) If no, what factors have caused you to avoid supplementing with creatine?
I have been satisfied thus far with my gains w/o supplements, but I might use it in the future should I hit a plateau.
2. Would you ever try a creatine supplement that is specifically designed for women instead of a regular creatine product? Why or Why not?
I would be more likely to use a women's product. Women and men have different needs, and I tend toward products that are gender-specific.
3. What advantages and disadvantages would you associate with a creatine supplement that is designed specifically for women?
Advantages: Formula likely to include female-specific additions, perhaps iron or calcium.
Disadvantages: Might not be as strong a formula as one for men, therefore offering less of a benefit.
4. How effective do you think a creatine product designed for women would be at increasing physical performance (ex. strength, energy)?
Ineffective Very Effective

congrats, you're paying almost twice as much for a product w/ half the creatine in it. good thing it includes useless ingredients like calcium, zing, magnesium, that any healthy diet would already include.
sorry OP, i know you were just using it as an example. But I hate watching stupid market saturation tactics like this on supplements.

1. Have you ever tried a creatine supplement before?
Yup
i) If yes, what factors have motivated you to supplement with creatine? (ex. strength gains, increase energy, heard positive reviews, etc)
Improved recovery, better energy/intensity through workouts (all true for me!)
ii) If no, what factors have caused you to avoid supplementing with creatine?
2. Would you ever try a creatine supplement that is specifically designed for women instead of a regular creatine product? Why or Why not?
Nope because it's a marketing scam. I use el cheap-o CEE $20 for 6 months worth and it works like a charm. Why would I pay a premium for a pink bottle?

1. Have you ever tried a creatine supplement before?
Yes--strength gains and cell expansion.
2. Would you ever try a creatine supplement that is specifically designed for women instead of a regular creatine product? Why or Why not?
No...cause I don't think its a supplement that needs to be streamlined to women or me for that matter.
3. What advantages and disadvantages would you associate with a creatine supplement that is designed specifically for women?
Advantages: Women may actually use it instead of shying away.
Disadvantages: No reason for it, it looks "sissy" in my opinion and any serious women athlete may not choose to use it.
4. How effective do you think a creatine product designed for women would be at increasing physical performance (ex. strength, energy)?
Creatine is a supplement that is only as effective if a person's body responses to it, so I could not answer that question.
