What's the best way to get started. I've checked out some on-line sites but I wanted to get some opinions and advice from you guys who really do this day to day.
Just some info. on myself. I'm 34 and have been workingout off and on since I was 16. I've been pretty consistent with workingout since I was 26. Now in that time I've come to relize how much I enjoy and love physical fitness. It's become a passion of mine. Anyway I'd like to seek a career in doing what I love and helping people better themselves.
