If you are talking about 4 year degree programs to become a personal trainer, I believe most go into Exercise Science which opens up a lot of options working as a S&C Coach, possibly go into physical therapy, etc. You do not need a degree to become a personal trainer though and many trainers may even have degrees not even remotely related to health.

I am majoring in Exercise Science right now, but honestly most of the things you'll learn are going to come from actually training yourself and others.
