Pulled right side when i 1st started lifting weights 2 years ago, & repulled same exact muscle while doing deadlifts for 1st time since last time i pulled muscle so i'm thinking that deadlifts is the culprit, was pretty positive i was using correct form even had friend check it this time when i did deadlifts for 1st time since i started lifting, only other thing i come up w/ is doing broom twists that aggravated my side, does anyone else have this problem from deadlifts? Or any ideas of why i pulled my side & ways to speed up recovery? Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks - patrick
