Hey guys, about time that I post my progress pictures. The first 2 pics are about from a year and a half ago. I didn't start working out seriously until about 6 months ago and the newer ones were just taken today.

You guys are going to think this is absolutely ridiculous, but somehow I got the entire idea of Rippetoes confused. I somehow ended up doing the following:
Workout A:
Bench Press 3x5
Skull Crushers 3x5
Weighted Crunches 3x15
Workout B:
Deadlift 3x5
Preacher Curls 3x5
Pullups 3x10
Workout C:
Squat 3x5
Military Press 3x5
Weighted Crunches 3x15
And with that workout, I did that the past 6 months and that is where I made the VAST majority of my progress. Around 6 months ago I looked very similar to how I did in those old photos, I was just slightly bigger all around. Did I just get blessed with good genetics, or do you guys think this routine could of actually worked for me? (The workouts were always intense due to using very heavy weights and always struggling on every rep.)
