Absolutely no point in going to 220lbs.
It is simply just a number. For you to be lean at 220lbs would take 15-20 years. If that.
If you try to bulk to 220lbs you will just gain fat.
If it were me i would bulk to maybe 185lbs, then cut down to say 175lbs. You should pretty ripped at that time.
I would then do a slow bulk for 1 year. Maybe getting to 190lbs. i would then cut to 185lbs. Bulk to 200lbs, and then cut to 195lbs.
All of this is going to take time. Don't simply bulk to 220lbs, because you want to hit that number. Take it slow
