Ok, I'm now day 4 into my keto cut. I've lost about 5 lb but I'm sure its just water weight. The area that wraps around my lower abs, lower obliques, and love handle area is still tenaciously holding on. That spot on me is so damn much trouble. On my last bulk, I really put on some weight in that area (only really). I do look leaner all over except that area. We'll see if this keto can do its thing. I think my diet is pretty good. Here's what I ate yesterday:
meal 1 7:00 am
8 oz. hamburger patty
1/8 c cheese
3 strips bacon
1 T cream (for coffee)
2 fish oil caps
meal 2 10:00am
2 string cheese
meal 3 12:00pm
quarter chicken
1 c broccoli
meal 4 3:00pm
1 can chicken
1/4 c cheese
1/2 T mayo
meal 5 5:30pm
6 oz. hamburger patty
1/8 c cheese
1.5 c broccoli
Postworkout 8:00pm
1 scoop whey
creatine
meal 6 9:00pm
2 whole eggs
meal 7 10:30pm
5 oz. fatfree CC
2 T PB
Using labels and fitday, here's the stats:
Total: 2501
Fat: 162 1454 59%
Sat: 62 562 23%
Poly: 15 139 6%
Mono: 46 416 17%
Carbs: 39 102 4%
Fiber: 14 0 0%
Protein: 225 901 37%
So, how does this look? I've eaten the same foods, more or less, these 4 days. I thought I was in ketosis on day 1 because I had a weird taste/smell thing going on and i've been sweating like a horse. But the taste is gone and now I don't know
