What the hell do you buy to spend over 400 dollars a month? I have creatine monohydrate, glutamine, whey protein isolate, and l-glutamine, multivitamins and vitamins c and e, and for me thats like under 80 dollars for like 2-3 months. (I know a good place to shop)

Hey David. That Designer Whey tastes like s*it. It has no sweetner at all. I don't get how they made it taste so good at the Arnold..... oh well. BTW, I'm not doing legs on Sat. because I am still sore from last Sat.! Now that's what I call intensity!

My multi-vitamin is $18, and it lasts for a couple months. So $9 a month there.

My creatine costs $21, and it lasts for about two months, so $10.50

My whey lasts almost a month, and costs $25

    And that's all I take.

    So, $35-40 a month.

Soon I will buy some Zone bars or something.. now those will be expensive, hah.
    Laugh at my stats!
